The Simpson Desert tour of 2019 will go down as one of my best adventures yet.  Superbly run, great group of adventurers, and many laughs around the campfire at night.  The diversion around the flooded Eyre Creek where we had to link up with the old track was certainly not planned but a highlight, nonetheless.  The nights in the outback pubs swapping yarns with a few ales was just a perfect way to end a day's driving.  Please give my contact details to anyone thinking of wanting just such an adventure with As The Crow Flies 4wd Tours.  I am more than happy to share my great experience through the Simpson Desert with your guided tours Matt.

Thanks to Matthew and his team for a wonderful trip. Not only did we have great fun around the nightly campfires (our kids loved the not too scary stories) but we also learned what to do when the car is properly bogged!! Stunning country scenery & some very friendly wildlife too.

Will definitely be coming on another of your trips soon.

My Family, went on a day tour with Matt and I would highly recommend him if you were new to 4WD as I was, or just want a great day out and refresh your skills. 

Matt offers a very hands-on approach and will walk you through every obstacle before tackling them.  

On the day out with Matt I learnt how to pull a car out of trouble using a tow rope rather than a snatch strap and to use what recovery equipment and when. I never felt uncomfortable or put in a situation where I did not have options.

Great guy and a great day out, would highly recommend.
